The visit
An advisor walks through the rooms, notes the power points and takes in your habits. Allow an hour and a half.
The plan
You receive a room-by-room plan: what will be installed, where, and what it will control. Nothing is ordered before you agree.
The installation
One day for the Sentinel Pack, two for the Complete Pack. No channels cut into the walls: everything runs wireless or through the existing conduits.
The tuning
The retailer stays until the scenes match your hours. They return once, a month later, to fine-tune.

What to plan for
Falk-Holm runs on your home network. You need an internet router and a free power outlet near the central Hub. For the lighting circuits, an electrical panel compliant with the NF C 15-100 standard is required. The retailer checks this during the visit and flags it before any quote.
If your home is in a co-ownership building, installing outdoor cameras or a door station on the landing door may require authorization. We provide you with the standard file to present to the building management.
Moving home?
The hardware belongs to you. A retailer can remove it and reinstall it in your new home: allow half a day, billed at the visit rate. The Hub keeps your scenes and your settings.
